IP Addresses
IP addresses of visitors to our Web site are used to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are also used to compile general demographic information. We will not attempt to identify individual users through their IP addresses.

Order Forms
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and services and purchase products. We collect visitors’ contact information (like their names and email addresses). In the event of the customer making a purchase, we will also require additional financial and billing information (like credit card, shipping address, telephone, etc.). Contact information from the order form is used to manage orders. With the user’s permission, we may also use the contact information to send the user information about our company and share promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.

Surveys
In the event of Isonome performing an online survey, the visitor's contact information is required (like their names and email addresses). With your permission, we use contact data from our surveys to send the user information about our company, products and promotional material. With your permission we may also mail you special offers from our sponsors and collect demographic and profile data (like zip code, age or income level) from our surveys. We aggregate this information eliminating personally identifiable information in the process. The aggregate information is shared with advertisers. We will not share personally identifiable information without your permission. We will also use this information to tailor the offers we make to users who have given us permission, but we do not link users' personal contact information to the general demographic information we collect. Users may opt-in to receiving information or opt-out of receiving future mailings.

Opt-out Policy
Isonome provides its visitors the option of opting-out. Therefore, when there is a choice of using information for purposes other than what the information was originally collected for, Isonome will present the user with an opt-out box.

When a user registers we collect certain contact information (like email address and first and last name) that will be used to verify the users eligibility for services and upgrades, provide services like tech. support and verifying a user's identity in the case of a lost registration code.
